Dr. Lewis B. McCammon (1920-2007) wanted so much to know where the men in his unit were, and he hoped so much to talk to them again. He did find a few and communicated with them, but he asked me to post these photos in hopes that many more men could be recognized and found.
Dr. McCammon passed in 2007, so, in honor of his dedication to research on the Ledo Road, if you recognize any of the men in the photos, please email me through this web site. I will contact them, tell them that Lew tried to find them, and ask to take their Oral Histories for the collection.
